Hi Steve,
I need your help. I want to give Quest some business but have tried for 4 days to reach someone that can help me set up an account and have been unsuccessful. What my firm needs is employee clinical medical tests BUT NOT DRUG TESTS OR TOXICOLOGY. I am told that your clinical group only works with patients of doctors and that your employers solutions team only works with firms needing employee drug testing which we do NOT need.
Please let me know whom to contact and provide direct dial as I cant spend any more time in phone trees or on endless holds.
