Hi my name is Junelia I'm a single parent. Ever since 2011 my light bill been high. Spoke to a couple of residents in my city that live here for a long time they even said the same. The new meters was put in just not working, because it not saving us any money. We don't use that much light's all the time, yes we call the consumer service they told us what to do about it it's not working. So what I did is talk to residents from another city to see if they have the same problem, some said yes. So how can we fix this problem. If everything is high mortgage,light,water.We don't even get enough hours or money at our jobs. Can you help if this problem please.
