Hello Mr. Raines, I am contacting you to inform on some things. First of all – J Paul Raines email address

Susan sent a message to J. Paul Raines – Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation – Email Address that said:

Hello Mr. Raines, I am contacting you to inform on some things. First of all, let me say that I have loved GameStop ever since I was a child. It is where I bought some of my most famous games. So rightufully, as I grew up, I made my children acquainted with this store. Then one particular time, around Christmas 2011, my daughter wanted an Xbox 360 so I bought one from GameStop for around $100 and I'll never forget the joy on her face when she opened that box to see the Xbox. We installed it and were so eager to see her play it but when she went to turn it on, it did not. After a couple trying days with the Xbox, we decided to contact Xbox support and they told us that the system was faulty. So we ended up taking the Xbox back to the GameStop store that is nearest to us and ended up buying a Wii because she didn't want another one. Fast forward to September 2, 2016. My other daughter was online and saw this Xbox 360 bundle that was very affordable and we bought it. It shipped in a timely manner and arrived days before it said it would which was very nice. So then we eagerly set up this game system and once again when we went to turn on this system, it didn't work. So I repeated the process and called xbox support and when they told me that this Xbox was also faulty, I then called GameStop about how the item didnt work. This time, the representatives that I talked to were not as sympathetic as I thought they should have been. This is not a complaint, however. This is information that I felt should have been told to you. My daughter is heartbroken over the fact that she cannot play her Xbox and I have some questions myself:

Why does GameStop still sell the original Xbox 360 if Microsoft even confirmed that they were defective?

Does GameStop test these, or any, game systems before they send them out?

I still love GameStop, but I do not think I will be purchasing another gaming system from this company. If you do read this, I graciously thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to do so.
