Ms. Dollie,has been a customer of Monitronics for over 25 years. Since getting the alarm system/equipment, her house has been broken into twice due to equipment malfunction. She continues to be a customer after apologies and upgrades from Monitronics representatives. Ms. Forte equipment is not currently working properly...and was informed that it would mid next week for someone to come out. By the way...someone has broke into Ms. Forte property today (9/9) and also on Tuesday. (9/6)..while still waiting for someone to correct alarm problem. Dollie Forte is my mother and what I'm trying to find out would this be acceptable for your mother or are you like the gentle I spoke with who stated his mother is not alive, so it really doesn't concern him. What can you do as the president of Monitronics to see if some type of policy or protocol can be started on making it a priority to accommodate customers repairs based on priority status. Keeping a great customer or trying to sell to a potential customer. Can you intervene to assist my mother.
