Dr. Claure,
I am sending this message to acknowledge the solid work ethic, knowledge, thoroughness, courtesy and professionalism of one of your Sprint Managers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by the name of Mr. Bolton. We have been with Sprint for 16 years due to the professionalism of individuals like Bolton. He straightened out our Sprint contract and help set up our new iPhones with panache and grace while servicing other customers. He would not let us leave until the job was done correctly. Bravissimo!
