Sir, I am SEKH is a resident of West Bengal. I am a Army Personnel. I want to get a JIO SIM Card and tried to get it from my nearest Reliance Digital Store, 13 8 Park Mention, 57A, Park Street, Kolkata-16 (WB) but failed three (03) times due to crowd. I spoke to your store personnel on telephonicaly as well as physically in the shop. But they want to give any priority to Army personnel. I have the Bar Code, Aadhar Card and the document which is your requirement to issue SIM Card. Two Day before yesterday (09-09-2016), I leave my wife to the store at about 09:30 AM to get the SIM Card but failed. They issued a TOKEN NO 19 and SIM Issue date is 29-09-2016 which is too long Waiting. They open the store at 11:00 AM and issue SIM Card till 19:00 PM to the personnel who are already issued with Token. I request you to give separate priority to Army Personnel without any waiting. Can you help me to get the a SIM Card without any waiting. If so, please give an order to the store manager for the same. Army personnel can show his Identity Card to avail PRIORITY.
