The under signed does hear by intimate you that on 30 september the undersigned has delivered the disputed vehicle to the manager of malda branch of Bidyut Autotech(P) ltd, berhampore. The undersigned great faith upon your company but the dealing of your so-called service center , dealer, sub-dealer is not satisfactory. In fact , the service center has taken a responsibility to handover a defective vehicle instead of making the solution which is against the trust of your company as because the service center has pressurized me to take the said defective vehicle .
