Kathleen sent a message to Jane Fraser CEO, CitiMortgage – email address that said:
Dear Ms. Fraser---on July 25, 2016 I paid off my mortgage. I have received the Release of Lien however to date I have not received the proceeds from the Escrow Account due me $1,769.47.
I have phoned Customer Service and told several different thinks. I have visited my Citi Branch on several occasions
