Jack sent a message to Ross McEwan – CEO, Royal Bank of Scotland – Email Address that said:
I have been trying to find the contact e-mail address of your Debt Management Operations
As I am a resident in South Korea it has been very difficult to maintain communications with your Bank and e-mail would be the most efficient way for both parties. Your assistance would be very much appreciated if you would inform the above Department that I urgently need to communicate with them to resolve a number of issues that I have, with the way my Accounts have been maintained during the past year.
I would prefer to deal with these matters myself but if it is not possible to provide the direct e-mail address for this Department I would like to give permission for my father Martin Sawyer to discuss with your Bank my accounts by telephone. Please advise what you would require for this .
Either of these options would enable me and your Bank to maintain far better communications to ensure that the issues are settled as quickly as possible.
I am scheduled to make a payment towards a debt with NatWest on September 15th for £611.56, although due to issues complaints i see fit, and being in conversation with the Ombudsman Group, I am unhappy to do so until these issues and complaints i have are resolved.
