I am from Egypt. About 18 months ago I bought Nissan Juke. Juke owners in Egypt formed Group to share their experiences about the car and discuss the repeated challenges. Unfortunately, many members faced a serious problem in the CVT transmission. Many authorized maintenance center diagnosed it as a total loss damage and the transmission must be replaced. No reasons were explained for these disasters and the affected cars have worked for less than 100000 km. Nissan Egypt does not support the customers. We need to know why does this problem happen? is this problem diagnosed correctly ? We have doubts about the qualifications of the engineers (one of the maintenance engineers told a customer the transmission is not designed of the sport mode in Juke) since CVT technology is new. Moreover, is it possible that the transmission fail suddenly without any alarm. We need your push to send experts from Nissan to recheck the cars and train the maintenance team in Egypt. Because of these problems Nissan CVT cars got a bad reputation and low used prices.
