State Street / PBGC overcharging senior retiree in Canada on withholding tax - holding 30% vs legal 15%
- Sent letters / W-8BEN / proof of my POA status to act on her behalf - started last year / again sent info April 2016 - STILL being charged 30% withholding on her meager pension - she cannot afford this oversight.
- Her name: Mary Isabella
- When / How can this be solved - she is in need of her earned pension income left by my father.
