Paula sent a message to Glen F. Post, III – Chief Executive Officer of CenturyLink, Inc. – Email Address that said:
We tried to have Centurylink install high speed internet and phone service in our business, starting in early July 2016. Numerous missed appointments later, we were told that we had internet service-except we didn't.
Three weeks and numerous technicians later, an older gentleman, possibly a supervisor or trainer, told us that we "were at the end of the line, too far away from the box to get high speed. And that CL wasn't going to spend the money to upgrade"
He also stated that the office knew they couldn't supply the service when I called to set everything up. Now, we keep getting bills from CL, for our "service". Every time we speak to ANOTHER CSR, since no one knows the person we previously spoke to, we're told that "itll be cleared up, and a zero balance statement will be issued." Today, we received a notice that we are going to be turned over for collection-even though we've been told over and over again, things will be cleared up, that we don't owe anything. I have even asked them to take back the router, but was told to keep it. I don't want it, nor can we use it.
This last CSR told us our service was still active, although no one else has made that statement. My partner asked last time why the charges were "current", and was told that it show that way until it was zeroed out"
Please rectify this situation, since it seems no one else can
