Your company is rubbish - especially here in Australia.
I have been trying to get Fiat Chrysler Australia to perform the work on a number of (FCA initiated) recalls for my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a number of years now. The issues with those recalls have now cost me in excess of AU$2144.41 to rectify.
As a purchaser of vehicles every 3 - 5 years, I will NEVER consider purchasing another Fiat Chrysler vehicle.
The only response issued to me from FC Australia is quoted below - the contact has never been returned.
