Resp sir . My daughter Sreeram was doing intern in Sears India , Eon free IT Park , Kharadi from Jan 2016. after her MCA degree. till 14 sep 2016.
Throughout her academic career she was topper in her school, colleges. She got campus selection to Sears during her final MCA. Throughout her 9 months period in Sears she rarely took leave eventhough she can take 2 days leave per month. She was very punctual at 9 am and most days leave office at 7pm . And in most saturdays and sundays she gets project works to be done at home.But on 14th Sep Wednesday at 3.30 pm she was asked to submit her resignation by Sears HR saying company is on cost reduction mode . I came to know the team asked to resign included managers also. As asked by HR she submitted her resignation and is now jobless and searching job.
This is the first black mark in her bright career of 22 years. Yes if it had been for below average performance it can be well digested. But this was a shocker. While joining we thought Sears group is one of the top US IT firms . Atleast your HR should have given a chance to complete at least one year.
