I know you are a busy man. I will try to make this brief.
I am trying to purchase a car from one of your dealers and was having a pleasant experience until it came time for me to give them my money. I have a pre approval and seller instructions that were sent to me from my bank NationWide on how to proceed. It seems like manager on duty might have not had the proper training. Refused to release car until he says Carmax has the funds which can take 24-72hrs. This is NationWide Bank. I have purchased cars before and have never had o wait for a check to clear. The form from NationWide is as good as a commitment. Today, my 11yr autistic son will miss his therapy because I was unable to procure this vehicle. I know you will help to make this right and restore my faith in the company you navigate.
