Dear Mr. Van Saun,
Hi, my name is Philip W. May, I am Vice President of a food charity that helps those in need named HIS food ministry. I am writing you because my wife and I have endeavored starting in April of this year to procure a construction loan through your Cinncinnati office. We have been working closely with your Senior Loan Officer, Chris Johnsen to accomplish a loan that will meet our needs. We were given a appraisal of our property value and were given the results on July 28th. Subsequently, we found numerous errors.. Our names were misspelled, our School district was listed incorrectly, and the comparable properties were incorrect as far as land size listed or actual compatibility to our land and home site.
We notified Chris and he said if we could supply him with other comparables that better exemplified our home site that we could submit those to him for review along with the errors we found. We listened to him and submitted a packet to him on Aug 9. After this we were told the appraisal company had it and they were reviewing it. Chris Johnsen reassured us through email and phone that they had it and STILL NOTHING. My wife Charissa finally called the appraisal company herself and was told THEY HAD NEVER RECIEVED THE REVIEW to begin with. We finally managed in spite of this falsehood to get the review done and now are told that Citizens Bank has the results but still NOTHING.
Bruce, I am not writing you to get anyone in trouble. All We want are these results.. The errors, the falsehoods, the unprofessional behavior and the unreturned phone calls from Chris Johnsen, his manager Diane Hance and Vice President Tad have cost us our build this summer and maybe our build period.
We were hoping to use this property to help those in need and as our final home.
