I need your help. We bought 8 tickets with a pre sale code for the Raptors vs Warriors in Van. 4 were cancelled without any warning. I needed 6 of those tickets for my family giving 2 of the tickets to cousins.
what you don't understand is I have a Daughter who has fought since she 2 years old to try to have a normal life with hotter monitors, cardiac records, stress tests, tilt table tests, needles, medicine, IV's, tests, ECG and EEG's and MRI's and pain every day and every day i pray its not the last day i see her.
She loves basketball, it has been a saviour for her since she was 11 years old. She fights to play she fights to get out of bed.
After a summer of not being able to do anything due to a resting heart rate of 140
we were able to get these tickets meet with tears of joy to take a little vacation. Driving as we can't afford to fly. with our daughter to see her team the Warriors play and now ticketmaster just cancels 4 of our tickets and says read the fine print we can do it anytime.
I need your help.
We can please get even 2 of the 4 tickets back so we can go as a family.
