sir I bought a new Innova cresta A T on 14/09/16 and on 15/09/16 while driving the brakes fail and with a great difficulty I could avoid an accident. And it was a horrifying experience for me I have lost confidence in the car and I have contacted the dealer requested them to replace the car . But till date they have refused to do so .it is there fore requested to take up the matter so that litigation can be avoided . This is a grave issue concerning safety in Toyota vehicles
