Isaac sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Recently I have been a victim on online fraud through PayPal. As I understand Paypal is suppose to be secure but over the phone I was told almost 70% of calls are about fraud. This isn't very secure then. I know Paypal makes a lot of money and should help its customers when an illegal act have been made.
I have been told the buyers account has been 'shut down' but I have no confirmation of this. I have lost the item I was selling because of fraugelent emails and a number of fake accounts made on the site. I have received no compensation and would like to as the crime was committed through the site.
If this issue isn't resolved this makes to me that PayPal doesn't care about the wellbeing of its costomers. This generates bad publicity because it shows the site is not secure (which PayPal prides itself on).
I would like to hear from you soon so this matter can be resolved. I can provide evidence and have a crime reference number along with this so I can prove to you that PayPal is very much vulnerable to scammers, fraudsters and just general people out to steal you hard earned cash, again I would like to hear from you soon,
Isaac
