Dear Frederick W. Smith, I wanted to kindly let you know that Your FedEx Billing – Frederick Smith email address

Brent sent a message to Frederick W. Smith Founder, Chairman, and CEO, FedEx Corporation – email address that said:

Dear Frederick W. Smith,

I wanted to kindly let you know that Your FedEx Billing Dept. is need of a lot of work.

I'm sorry but I believe in being direct and you all have stolen/over-billed my account I for 2 years now in amounts of nearly $1,000.

And I believe it's time you took a real interest in the matter so I don't have to keep cleaning up your messes.

I also recently received another unexplained charge of $158.48 on my account and the money has already been taken from my account even though the charge is still pending.

Your billing dept. in Orlando always claims that they cannot provide assistance until the charge has posted.

Now, you know thats complete nonsense.

Your Company has taken money from my account and you all should certainly be able to explain Why You Taken that Money...

You all are holding my money I hostage and that's is just 'WRONG'.

Also, your revenue service should be open 24/7.

Does the world stop turning on Sundays and/or in the middle of the night?

My Father is a Veteran yet He (Unlike) You is a Self-Made Man so I'm not too impressed with your story nor with how you treat your clients.

If you care enough to actually read some honest feedback from a Client perhaps you may then care enough (to at least try) to beef up your IT Team or who ever is responsible for all of these over-billing charges on my account.

Ive been having to pay cash/cc or rather basically not put shipments on my account because of how much stress money you all keep trying to take from me.

I ship many express one-rate shipments and I am billed many of the times as a 'Ground Shipment'...

You really to develop a billing system that can easily distinguish what is actually being shipped whether it's a Ground Shipment, an Express One-Rate Shipment, or whatever a Client chooses to Ship.

You most likely steal millions of dollars from people around the entire world as I'm sure not everyone catches these mistakes.

Please try to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

As I may have to begin using UPS if your company cannot learn how to do things right the first time.

Regards,
Brent
