I am reaching out to you because I just thought you should know how time warner cables, Garfield hts location treat their employees. I started working with them as a customer service representative on August 13, 2016. I was appalled to find out in training, by new hire supervisor, Nichole that we are limited to going to the bathroom, getting water from the water fountain and no eating candy at our desk. I was called into her office on August 24, 2016 about eating candy, that she helped herself to. I quit that day. After leaving, I sent a letter to Christina about Nicholes pettiness, and now, I have never been paid for the time I worked. They are holding my wages hostage out of retaliation for the letter I sent. I called John. It took him three days to contact me and in turn he had Nichole to contact me. She stated that I would get my check on Friday, September 16. I still have not received it. I have reported her to the department of labor for violating my rights.
