I am in need of help, solving 2 issues with Fifth Third Bank. One is an issue with a 5/3 credit debt that was settled with Law Firm in Feb 2015 and the other is with an 5/3 overdraft protection account that was settled with First Asset in Sept of 2014. Both of these accounts are being reported as negatives to the credit agencies by Fifth Third Bank. I have tried to reach out Customer Service to be directed to someone with in the organization to help me resolve this. No one has been able to help me. I end up getting transferred in to the "Main Menu" loop on the telephone system and have not been able to discuss this matter with anyone yet. I know this is a long shot, but maybe you can help me get in contact with the correct person within the Fifth Third Bank organization to help me resolve this? Feel free to contact me.
