I would just like to tell you thank you from my family and me and we mean that with all of our hearts!! We owned a 2008 Toyota Sienna had it for a few years got it all paid off and we recently moved to Virginia when I got medically retired from the military, we were in Virginia for a few weeks when we got into an accident. A truck pulling a trailer was coming toward us in the other lane when his trailer came unhooked and swung around smashing the front of our van then bouncing off and hitting the rear of our van sending us sliding into the ditch and down the embankment. In the van we had my wife, 8 year old daughter, 6 year old son, 3 year old son, 1 year old son, 6 year old niece, and my self. Our van was a total loss from the damages received In that accident and let me tell you I was so afraid our kids we seriously injured after the van stopped moving but wen I turned around to see all of our kids faces and not a scratch on them I was so relived I can not begin to tell you! Now I was not injured which was a surprise because I had just recovered from a hip reconstructive surgery and my niece made it in harmed as well, my wife received a broken foot due to the impact pushing the pedals and floor board inwards and toward the right but was very lucky to walk away with only that injury! We would like to send you this email and personally thank you for your strong dedication to your customers safety and your hard work to make such a safe vehicle to drive!! We have not yet purchased another Sienna but we are working to save up enough money to put a down payment on a new one because we don't want to settle for less than the best and we feel that your sienna is the best for our family you have saved us once and we trust you to do it again.
