Vince sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Hello Mr. post. I've never been treated this badly for my company. We asked for installation beginning on July 8, took your company, Centry link almost a month and a half to get it figured out. It all started with the very first installer on a Saturday at 1 oclock in afternoon. He did not want to do the job and made it known. We had at least 15 contactors out over the next month month and a half and each one contradicting the other. I was told that all installation fees would be waived, and my first month and a half of service due to the fact that we had no service. Now today, I have a bill for $183. I called and spoke to Richard. He told me he was not waving anything and that the $54 credit I got back in the middle of July was sufficient. I left Comcast cable after being with them for 15 years due to logistics. Now I know they are here, and I can get them out of my address. I may very well leave, your company has a lot to learn about customer service. I await your response I can be reached thank you Vince
