Hi, Just wanted to let you know a few things i'm not sure your aware of. 1. Customer support from you guys is horrible online I mean I can forward emails to you where i didn't get a reply for months. (usual case) Calling i get placed on hold for more then 2 hours. Please division some more help to customer support. The digital delivery of psn codes etc is hit and miss sometimes its seconds sometimes its hours when your eager to play and you want a psn card if it takes hours to get something digital is annoying as hell can we look into this as well.
