Mr. Jelinek:
I have been an executive member for years. Google Chrome is not working with costco.com. I have called customer service and they say that it is not the first time that they have had calls on this topic. My first call was a few months ago and the customer service rep acted like she was doing me a favor completing the purchase over the phone. I wanted to buy a few tires today, but will be purchasing them elsewhere. I am sure others are making the same choice and cannot believe that you would allow this problem to continue for so many months. If costco.com is not doing well, now you know why. If it is doing well, think that you have been missing a third of your sales.
