Went through several channels to request a once stocked item. Tried local store, customer support on the Internet (3 times) and a letter addressed to you and mailed one week ago today. Even tried the supplier. Only reply was an e-mail from customer support giving me your name and address ... but I already knew that!
What has happened to Wal~Mart? Does the customer not make a difference anymore?
