My first renewal went up $100 after paying in full for six months. I was not told at time of the auto policy purchase that this was an intro offer. Why does your company keep advertising low rates for new customer while jacking up the rates on your current customers. All I want is to get with a company that is honest about their rates. I left Liberty Mutual for raising my rates every renewal. Seems I might have to leave you also.
