I have been stopping at this store for more than ten years now to get my ice coffee before going to work. This store has always been courteous to me on my visits and seems to be a very popular store for a lot of people in the mornings. Today I was greeted by the same employee that serves me on every visit. This employee has been employed there for more than ten years, and does a excellent job each and every time I've been there. She recently requested a salary increase and was denied. She has most likely trained each and every junior employee at this store and is extremely knowledgeable of how the business should be run. I only hope that denying a raise to a dedicated employee of more than ten years isnt the normal business practice of this store. In closing, there are a huge number of people that patronize this location just because she treats people with respect. This employee is a valuable asset to your company, and she deserves compensation for the service and dedication that she provides.
