I purchased a code and accidentally redeemed it to an account that doesn't have a Playstation. I called customer support only to find out there is nothing they can do about it. I bought the code as a gift for some one and was really surprised that customer care can't do anything about it. The game was $10.00 surely there is a way to transfer the game to another account. Joyce at the call center in El Salvador says there is nothing she can do.
