FRAUD ALERT! A COMPANY CALLING ITSELF HEIDER OPTICS ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK A TELESCOPE WHICH I PURCHASED ONLINE- THEY NEVER DELIVERED-I've called their New Jersey office 32 times in the past 2 weeks- I called Mastercard to file a fraud report and request a credit- since I never received the merchandise- My telephone odyssey with Mastercard took an hour and sent me from Utah to the Philippines (whew!) the one consistent thing which everyone said- "you'll have to file a dispute with the merchant" well,here's that idiocy: if these people steal my money, then will these same people admit fraud and credit my account? still waiting for my callback from the Philippines ( should I hold my breath?)
