RUTH sent a message to Marvin R. Ellison – President of J. C. Penney Company Inc.- email address that said:

I placed an order on Sat. 9/22 and less than an hour later I called to reduce the qty of one item..i could not find a way to change on the order page..also i am new to ordering on the computer and I asked about a coupon and the girl told me yes there was one but I could not use it because my order had been placed..
I was disappointed with both of these answers.i would hate to have to go to another store but you need to work on your customer service..
