I had to change bank account 3 months ago....I then contacted Charter to change my autopay to the new account...I have been paying every month, and now they are telling me that I owe 2 months next month.
They didn't take my autopay this month, so either they need to take the payment now, or you people can eat the Bill. I'm on a fixed income, and cannot afford you people doubling up
