Ms. Barra, I am the owner of a new Cadillac CTS V. Your engineering is superb but the finish of my new car is the worst I have ever seen on such an expensive car. Cadillac's reply " I am sorry your are unhappy."
I suggest you remove the president of Cadillac, or the name Cadillac will be tainted forever.
