I had 3 problems this weekend with your stores. The last one was today. I – Larry Merlo email address

David sent a message to Larry Merlo – President and Chief Executive Officer of CVS Health email address that said:

I had 3 problems this weekend with your stores. The last one was today. I wanted to return my CVS brand water-pik because it was not working properly. I had my receipt but I could only return it up to September 9th the store said. I told them tht I wanted to exchanged it for the same one, but I wanted to get a new receipt and this time pay for it with a gift card I got, instead of my credit card. They would not allow it. I was talked down to. I asked for the manager, he said he was in charge but was not the store manager. Time was around 9:15am 9/25/2016.  I was told when I originally got the item that I can return any CVS brand for a full refund if the item is not working like it was supposed too for a full refund.

also I had to return a few items the other day, I had to go to 3 different cvs's to get a store credit. I called the original store where I got the items and they said I could return it for a money card, when I got there the RUDE supervisor said no, and that it was up to each store what they want to do! She would not give me the manager or distinct managers number. It took 3 stores before I could return the items. Not good. In your return policy it says we can return for store credit. With so many choices today like AMAZON you would think CVS would have better customer service and policy's. I am livid!
