Donald sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. O'Leary, I wrote to you personally on the 26th of August, but it would appear that message did not reach you.
I hope this one does get to you, as my family and I would like to continue to use Ryanair in the future. In the meantime, unfortunately we had to book tickets on the Eurostar to visit friends in Germany , while waiting for a reply from yourself.
I have resent my original message to you via email.
