At Huntington beach Costco(city of huntington beach, ca) I was told that I was able to take advantage of the free IPhone deal until the 30th of september 2016, if I port my number from sprint account to ATT. In order to qualify for that promotion, I had to have direct TV. The following week which was Sept 20th,
I then went out and setup a new account with DTV and is wanting to port 2 numbers from Sprint and get
2 Iphone 7 for free. when I went back and ask the Costco associate at the mobile kiosk, they said the deal still exist, then I ask another costco about the same, deal, they said it expired. I got confused and went back to Huntington beach Costco and ask what is going on, you tell me the deal exist and other Costco tells me the deal expired, then associate at Huntington beach Costco went and check the system, and found out that the deal got expired 5 days ago.
Basically they assumed that the deal will expire at 9/30/16, but in reality it was a limited time promotion. I could of sign up for the deal on my first visit, if they didn't tell me that the deal expires on 9/30/16.
Now they are refusing to honor the deal which they promise.
Can you please help me to get this deal in which Costco promised.
