I can say I have been with Att for about 11 years with no problems. I moved and they give me free channels I told them I didn't want to begin with , then in 3 months charged me an extra 100 bucks for premium channels I didn't want to begin with. Then you don't have internet service in my area so I have to go to a 3rd party even though no internet my bill went from 160 to 180 to 260 from the off set to the premium channels. I was promised a gift card for going with Direct and still have not seen it and when I call Direct sends me to Att and Att sends me back to Direct at least the card would have helped with the off set of the premium channel it is just frustrating and work in customer service all day.
