Hello Doug, I am a long... time customer of Wal mart pharmacys.. In Orlando, Fl.. I have used the Walmart pharmacy address: 5991 New Goldenrod Road, Orlando , Florida for a very long time .. All of the Pharmacist at this location have been very nice helpful to me with any questions that I might have.. Especially GURLENE.. As of recent there is a young Hispanic lady ..PATRICIA .. I believe she is a a cashier? Barbara is a very rude young lady to Me.. I do jot know Why? She always gives me a smart answer when I ask about my prscriptions.. Thuthfully..I am getting very upset with Patricia.. I had called in a prescription for my Prednisone Eye Drops yesterday and was told they would be ready by 4:30 P.M.. When I arrived at the pharmacy @ around 4:45 P.M. I was told by another young lady that it would be one hour and a half.. I replied..Okay... I shoppedon't in Walmart for more than two hours,spending a substantial amount of $$.. I then went back to the Pharmacy to get my eye drops.. Patricia informed me that I had NOTHING TO PICKUP!!! I told Patricia the I had called the prescription in,her reply was very cold and she told me again that I did not have a prescription there.. I said: Okay , I will bring the box that has my prescription in with two refills left on it.. Sir, I am not a trouble maker , but my Eye Surgeon is trying very hard to get my eyes in condition for cataract surgery..I also paid a big! Co - pay for restarting eye drops and also bought over the counter eye drops and and going through the process of getting ready for cataract surgery.. Sir,I have one Son..and he is your age: So could you please help me or direct me how I need to deal with this very rude employee at Walmart pharmacy..
