My name is Dale . I am manager of Ridgeway Townhouses in Vicksburg, MS. . I think I am have been mistreated by ENTERGY due to a poor ATO policy.
I wrote one letter to you, and received a call from someone, whom I thought was going to solve this. I was under the impression I was going to be contacted again, to my knowledge I was not. Nothing was accomplished. He should have had the decency to call me back.
