I have purchased my third Toyota Yaris Excel Hybrid from Toyota Jemca UK. I like to consider myself a very loyal customer. I love Japanese technology its culture
I have a problem with my Satnavs speed camera alerts system.
There are certain speed cameras located where I live other surrounding areas. Before I approach these speed cameras, the alert becomes active but, doesnt stop until I pass the speed camera. If there is a queue of traffic, the continuous alerts can be irritating distracting.
I called my local Toyota Jemca dealer but, no one would accept there was an issue with my Satnav.
Toyota Jemca technical support, made me aware that there are other Toyota Jemca customers who also have a software issue. However, nobody knows when a software update would be available. I find this situation to be unacceptable. Especially, as I have spent so much money on my new car that Toyota Jemca, were not doing enough to help me.
I then contacted the CEO for Toyota UK,, who acknowledged my complaint. He then requested Samantha at
Toyota Customer Relations Specialist Case Manager
Toyota (GB) PLC to assist me.
I explained to Ms Betts, my consumer rights that I would reject the car, if my Satnav issue wasn't resolved.
I found her attitude very abrupt uncaring.
Toyota UK have a blog, where you can read other people's comments with regards to their dissatisfaction of Toyota UK their issues with their Satnav software.
I respectfully request, your assistance please for help in resolving my Satnav issue.
I also have a fault with my braking system I am waiting for Toyota Jemca to assist me.
I am a carer for my mother who has cance, my father who is paralysed brother who nearly died of swine flu.
I need to focus on their particular health needs but, I am unable to do so, because of the unnecessary stress anxiety that I have experienced with Toyota Jemca Toyota UK.
