I wanted to write you to say how disappointing I am in your marketing and will no longer be a Toys R us customer. I grew up going to all the parades back in the 80s at the Manchester , NH location and Toys R US has always been my favorite store to go to do my Christmas shopping for our 3 kids. We travel all the way from Bennington, VT to do so. Now, I feel like your company has taken the greedy path. Its bad enough your company participates in Thanksgiving opening but misleading me to miss time with my family with deceptive marketing really infuriates me. I stood inline for 3 hrs at the Manchester, NH location with population of 1 Million people for the Wii U Skylanders bundle for $199. I was about 15 people back and rushed directly to the counter. There was only 2 and the 2nd one was sold right infront of me!!! How do you advertise frontpage for 2 items in stock in a large city I understand limited quantities and would of understood if the first ten people bought them but 2??? Its deceptive, I feel cheated I took time away from my family for this scam and I will no longer be dealing with a company that does this. We left promptly and did not buy any of the many items we had planned. We went to other stores and every one of them had more than two of their specials. I hope you can in the future make sure if you are making people stand out for hours in the freezing cold for hours away from their families, at least have a few of the items available!Sincerely,Michael
