Dear Takuya Nakata,
I'm Judy from Taiwan. Early this year I bought a yamaha product which is CLP-535 digital piano. This month it couldn't be power on so I reported this issue to customer service in Taiwan. The service is really sucks. 9 days later I reported issue, I didn't receive any repair for my piano. Before I think yamaha is Japanese company which means high quality and high trust, but now my feeling is changed. Hope you can improve the service of yamaha in Taiwan.
