Hello Millie,
I would like to share the difficulties that i have had with this POD experience. I have found that the company doesn't follow its rules that it sets forth in black and white. Doesnt communicate changes to the consumer thereby creating hardships.
Now, im being told that the window is 7 days for pickup of an empty container rather than the 3 was originally stated. Is this so additional time may be billed. I have moved to an apartment complex that does not allow me the luxury to leave a POD in the parking lot for 7 days that was so rudely expressed to my father. Yes, not I due to the fact that I'm battling cancer, my father is assisting me.
A reply would be aptly appreciated.

This is a copy of the email I sent to one of your supervisors this am. Though this states only or two of the fundamental issues, there are more since starting my business with your company in August 2015. I will never recommend your company to anyone.
