I have tried to submit a DENTAL claim to Anthem for the past 3 months and all I get is a run a round by your employees. My first claim I sent ,one of your e mployees told me it was probably THROWN away! I sent another claim in by USPS return receipt.I recieved that claim back because the persons initials of V.E. said they couldnt READ the claim form.A 5th grader can read this form!!! How in the world do I submit a claim? I have been with Athem over 25 years. Will you have someone call me and tell what I need to do! Thank you Donnie
