Your customer care service is worst. Nobody gives the correct information about my device (G4plus phone).
My phone was giving problem within 4-5 days after delivery but your customer care always said there was no problem in my phone.
I have called number of time to your customer care to connect my call with any senior member of Motorola. your customer care always say I am not member of Motorola mobile company and I can’t connect your call to any employee of motorola mobile. Your customer care always said that your complain is locked and any senior member of Motorola support service will call you within 1 to 2 days but 25 day neither anybody called nor I got my mobile repaired . I think my phone is defected set so please change my set.
I am feeling cheated
