Ron sent a message to Joseph H. Boardman – CEO, Amtrak – Email Address that said:
CEO, I currently rode your train from Albaney to Penn station in NY. I must say I am very concerned with your waiting area at Penn station, the ventilation and light have years of dust accumilation and it is very obvious the waiting area has not been cleaned in years dust is accumilated in the lights and ceiling panels are just as bad. For a company that reports 3 billion in revenue this is concerning. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Ron
