I am a long term customer of Lowes, and in fact, recently browsed Lowes as I'm currently in the market for a new fence. I live in Irving, Texas. Not long after that visit to your website a post popped up on Facebook, indicating Kalina Hulshouser (my daughter) and Colene Buckingham Golightly (my cousin) "like" Lowes. I asked them if they had browsed that particular ad and I was told "no they had not". So, I requested on the FB post that their names be removed as this is false advertising. I had put that message out there several times on Lowe's post and it was ignored. Finally, one of those posts popped up on my timeline and it didn't have any names on it so I was pleased they had responded to my request. Within a few days, however, that post was back up with those names on it. I again requested their names be removed and my requests/demands have been ignored. That is why I am writing to you. I would appreciate it if you would direct that your IT people not do that. First of all they are making a statement that may or may not be true and secondly, by just putting it out there without verifications, it is FALSE ADVERTISING. I'm very sensitive about people's name and images being used without their permission. So I am asking that you get their names removed and that this practice stop. It is not necessary that you call me so I'm not providing my number, but I would appreciate your response via e-mail, as noted above. I will know when you have taken care of this matter when I no longer see my kinfolk's names put on your ads. Thank you so much for your help with this matter.
