I have purchased Jio Card on 27/09/2016 and sim, all the required document are verified. BUT even through after a lapse of 7 Days the card is not activated.
I had called many times to the shop / customer care but all efforts have resulted in veined.
The complaint with customer care pending are Registered On 28/9/16 and 1/10/16.
Sir, it’s my last recourse writing to you since my telephone call at office at Compliance officer are being un answered being a share holder in Reliance a favour is needed.
