My name is Andrew and I used to be a store Manager for your company, I was terminated December 15th 2015 and am requesting if I can return to the company due the amount of work and effort I put in. Ben Loomis is the DM that ran out district and still does to this day whom terminated me from my duties. I ran multiple stores and was a new store manager when I was terminated. I was never coached as a store manager and was never given a chance to redeem myself for the mistake for which I made. I traded in an item and bought it back which I was told we can do for our customers all the time, to satisfy. Because I did not call the DM prior to this, I was terminated. Upon calling HR afterwards they gave me a completely different story saying I left Idevices in the store to long. If this is the case why was I never retrained on the matter, coached or put on a final? I ran many stores and increased sales in every one of them. This includes nanuet, ny- Bergen Mall, nj - and Tices corner (assistant manager) where the store was ranked #1 in the company. I was never given a chance to fix my mistake and the regional Manager requested I be terminated for doing so. I loved the company and was hoping you can make my re-hire possible. I don't even have to come back as a store manager but to get my foot back on the floor and creating success again for your company would make me happy. I love gaming but I also like creating business for which I strive for on a daily business. Mr. loomis was a great DM and hope to either work in his district or even Don Dinnens district.
